Subscribe to receiving updates

You can subscribe to receiving messages about performed updates of data and/or program files of IDOS by the following steps below.

For safety reasons, the subscription has two steps:

1. From your e-mail address (where you want to receive messages) send an e-mail with any content to the address aktualizace-subscribe@chaps.cz. To facilitate this process, you can use the form on this page.
2. You will receive a confirmation message from the system to which you have to reply from the same e-mail address (give so-called RE).
3. Update messages will be sent after every update of data files of timetables, at least three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except public holidays).
